Note: Prices displayed are a general guide – package deals can be negotiated.

When calculating the number of days a vehicle is rented, the day of pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time. The day of the vehicle’s return is counted as the final day of the rental.

Minimum rental period is *5 days .
Hires of less than 5 days will only be considered as last minute bookings and will be subject to a $50 service fee.
Minimum hire if travelling more than 1000km is 10 days
Minimum hire for bookings where pickup or return is outside of Nelson is 10 days.
Last minute discounts offered do not apply to winter rates
Late pick up or early return of vehicle does not entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental.
Late returns will be charged on a per day basis.
Failure to obtain authorization from BeeFree Motorhomes for an extension of days will result in a daily penalty fee of $150 in addition to the daily rate.
Special rates are available for rentals of more than one month
One way hires and pick up or drop off at locations other than Nelson are available and, depending on the length of your hire, adjoining bookings and the season of hire, such hires are likely to be subject to additional charges.
